Measured Survey & Site
Nearly all projects will require a complete measured survey and site analysis of your existing property, depending on the type of work you want to have done. We always do this survey at your convenience. Why do we do a measured survey? It give us detailed information about your property including:
- Its size and shape.
- Wall thicknesses.
- The materials used in its construction.
- The proximity of any trees and neighbouring buildings.
- Drainage routes.
- Electrical layouts.
- Boundary positions.
During the survey, we will also take photos of your property, both inside and out. This will enable us to develop ideas for your project. We will then use this survey to produce detailed CAD drawings of your property. Once we have your detailed CAD drawings, we will then send you a full copy for your records.
